At Underrated Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
